Information you give us
Our estimate request and contact forms ask for your name, phone number and email address. The estimate form also asks for vehicle details, such as year, make, model and color, a description of the damage, and photos you choose to upload. We only receive what you type or attach yourself.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer your question, prepare an estimate, and contact you about your vehicle. We do not use it for marketing lists, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are saved in this website’s database and sent by email to the shop. Uploaded photos are kept in a private folder on the web server that cannot be opened by the public; only shop staff signed in to the site can view them.
How long we keep it
Submissions and photos stay on file until a staff member deletes them, unless the business sets a shorter retention period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Cookies and third-party content
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as those that keep forms secure. We do not run analytics or tracking tools at present. The map on our contact and location pages is provided by Google and loads only after you click to show it; once loaded, Google’s own privacy policy applies to that map.
Our appointment request forms (on the appointment page and the homepage) are provided by AutoWorks, the scheduling system we use. They load from AutoWorks when you open those pages, and anything you type into them is sent to AutoWorks rather than stored on this website. The photo estimate form and the contact form are part of this website and are handled as described above.
